All in all,
These past few days haven’t really been a so called holiday…vacation/break etc. neither. But, all in all, I would have to say that I did enjoy myself. Not many complaints, but yeah. Just wish there was ALOT more holiday spirit. Although, for some reason I’m really excited about Christmas this year. I know that our economy has been going through a dose of depression, but there’s just something about this year … I can’t quite put my finger on it…but I’m totally excited to see what’s in store for the end of this year!
On Sat, I had work from 1-7, and then after I went to Destiny’s house for her birthday. Pretty chill, left to the liquor store, and then picked up Appy, and David. Then dropped them off, and picked up Evita, & Fran. It’s alright though, I just wish I spent more time at the party than being a cab driver. I can’t wait until everyone else is able to drive..because then, I wouldn’t have to take care of anyone else. But actually, the company is always nice in the car, so not many complaints towards that. Work has been going really smooth. Making appts. here and there, and I’m getting quite close to Jb, & Vincent. Two unlikely people that I thought I would ever come close to. But I’m really glad I have gotten close to them. They’re really fun and easy to talk to. Gotta love my co-workers!
Since I’ve been working, I’ve been hit on by old guys ..ranging from 30-50’s. It’s gross. But the stories are hilarious! “It never gets old watching old people check you out,” says Jb. Disgusting.
There was this security guard that thought I was 21 years old, an old man asking for my number so that I could work at his business to sell his products, a man saying I should be on his christmas list, a guy that said that I looked better than the car (that was complete awkwardness), a man pretending to be on the phone with his brother asking if he wanted to get it tinted just so he could talk to me about it (how do I know it was a phony phone call?) Well actually..while he was talking to his so called brother on the phone ..IT RANG. Super embarrassing for him. I didn’t know what to do, but simply turn down toward the laptop, holding myself back from laughter. There are other stories, but I’ll have to save those for later..
